Euro Position is an independent private business providing business-establishment and local operating coordination in North Macedonia. We are not a government body, consulate, regulator or public-sector representative, and no public endorsement is implied.

Coordination, not regulated advice
Website content, fit-checker results, estimates and conversations are general commercial information, not legal, tax, accounting, immigration or investment advice. A fit score is an initial indicator, not professional clearance or a guarantee of suitability, tax treatment or savings.
External lawyers, notaries, accountants, banks and other advisers carry out specialist or regulated work within their own responsibilities and terms. Clients should obtain independent advice relevant to their circumstances and approve important decisions and filings.

The people assigned to an engagement may change. Euro Position remains responsible for maintaining coverage of agreed coordination work and arranging appropriate handovers; an engagement does not guarantee the continued involvement of a particular individual.
We sometimes use AI-assisted tools for support and translations. AI output can contain errors or omit context and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or a certified translation. Binding documents and material decisions require appropriate human and professional review.
No guaranteed outcome
Company registration, banking, licences, recruitment, premises, tax treatment and other outcomes depend on client facts and third-party decisions. We do not guarantee approvals, exact timelines, financial results or uninterrupted availability. The agreed written scope defines our obligations; mandatory legal duties still apply.
